Community Update

At the September 8 board meeting, the governing board requested the district gather more information from families and staff in order to make a reopening recommendation at the October 6 board meeting. Teachers will be reaching out in the coming weeks to ask you to select your model again, as we are aware that circumstances may have changed since the last time you made your selection.

The district will continue to monitor the information coming from the governor's office, Arizona Department of Education, and state and local health agencies. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unusual school year and are grateful that you are still choosing Littleton. Be well.

Technology

During distance learning we are using Google Classroom to support our students. Did you know that you can access Google Classroom on a web browser on a computer, or via the app on a smart phone or tablet? Google Classroom is a great way to check on the work your student is doing. If you aren't already added to the class ask your student's teacher to add you as a parent.

ParentVUE Portal

The Littleton Elementary School District is using ParentVUE to push out important information. If you have not already done so, please make sure you can log in to the ParentVUE portal. ParentVUE is where you will find the 2020-21 Parent-Student Handbook and attendance. If you see that your student is marked absent, and you know that your child has been attending, please contact the teacher to correct the attendance.

Parent Help Center

The Littleton Elementary School District has developed a parent help center website as a resource for our families to provide support during distance learning. You can learn more about Google Classroom, the tools we will use for online classes, as well as digital curriculum resources. There is also a button at the bottom of the page for parents to submit requests for help. To learn more, please visit the link below:
